Calia Haul and First Impressions

I have been wanting to try Calia Products for a really long time ever since I watched a hair video on HolisticHabits YouTube Channel. It wasn’t until a few weeks ago that I felt my hair needed a little bit of a change. I went on their site and purchased their Mix and Match Hair Care Bundle and two skincare products.

Shampoo and Conditioner

The Calia Purifying Shampoo and Conditioner are the ones that I am currently using. I feel like the shampoo leaves my hair more tangled than other shampoos like the Paul Mitchell Lavender Mint shampoo and conditioner which are the ones I usually use. That being said I would purchase this shampoo again because it doesn’t leave my hair feeling over moisturized; it just leaves my hair feeling clean. The purifying conditioner is lovely. It gets rid of most tangles and I feel like my hair absorbs all of it up. I also really enjoy the scent of these products.

I also picked up the Calia Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner. I am excited to try these since I usually go for the hydrating and moisturizing shampoo and conditioners. If I end up liking these I will make sure to mention them in a “Favorites” or “Products That I Am Currently Using” video or blog post.

The last pair of shampoo and conditioner that I chose was the Calia Balancing Shampoo and Conditioner. I haven’t tried these out yet but I will definitely let you know if I like them.

Skincare Products

I also really wanted to try out some skincare products so I purchased their Organic Moisturizing Lotion and their Organic Body Wash. Both products don’t have scents which is unique. I have been thinking of adding some essential oils to them. The moisturizer takes a while for it to sink into my skin. I made the mistake of washing my hands not long after applying moisturizer and it felt like all of it came off. Once it does sink into my skin it leaves it feeling so soft. The body wash lathers up really nice.

That is it for this haul. Let me know if you have tried any Calia products or what your favorite organic brands are in the comments below.
