I don’t know about you but I have been seeing Truly (ad) products all over the internet. At first I thought it was just going to be a TikTok trend and eventually people would move on and rave about a different skincare brand, but I was wrong. I was lucky enough to receive the Truly Goodnight Moon Sleep Mask (ad) as a birthday gift from my sister last October. I have been using this beautiful sleeping mask since then.
The Packaging
So let’s talk about the packaging first. The packaging is absolutely stunning. It’s all glass with a heavy gold lid. It’s a product that I definitely don’t mind having on display. However, it’s not one I would travel with because of the glass and how heavy it is.
After looking on their site I can tell that they put a lot of thought into how the products all look. They’re all aesthetically pleasing to look at so I can see why so many people gravitate towards their products.
The Goodnight Moon Mask
The product itself is also really pretty. It has a vibrant color to it and a firm and thick consistency. All of their products are vegan and cruelty free.
When you first apply it the mask feels really sticky. At first I was a little concerned that it would stay sticky for the whole night, but that was not the case at all. The stickiness goes away after a few minuets. After applying the mask I always wake up the next day with the softest skin ever. My chest and neck feel hydrated and soft, and I love that especially during winter.
The mask itself has a really strong scent; to me it smells like cotton candy. So just keep that in mind if you are sensitive to scents.
Is The Truly Goodnight Moon Mask Worth The Hype?
Although, I never use masks as a way to fix certain problems with my skin I do like to use them as an added boost to my skincare. This Truly mask does not disappoint. All in all, the Goodnight Moon Mask does not irritate my skin and it helps it feel healthy and smooth the next morning. This mask retails for $25.00 and I definitely think its’s worth it.
