It’s finally getting hot out! That means wearing a lot of shorts, skirts,and lovely tanks. Working out as well as eating healthy will not only make you feel good but also make you look good. Some of my favorite superfood snacks are kale, and quinoa. I eat kale with salads, or I make kale smoothies and juices. My favorite juice recipe to make right now is the one above by Madeleine Shaw. Trust me it tastes really good!
I love quinoa, which can be added to soups, salads, and used as an alternative to oatmeal. (Click here to learn how to make one of my favorite quinoa recipes by Deliciously Ella. ) I also love using raw honey in teas, and in oatmeal instead of other sugars or syrups that are not good for you at all. Raw honey can be expensive, but I found a decent priced one at Wholefoods. I recommend going to local farmers markets if you are on a tight budget and looking to buy organic foods.
